This beer was brewed in the fall of 2023 and aged in a rum barrel for nearly a year. We spent hours preparing fresh pumpkin to brew with. At nearly 10% ABV this beer will warm you up on a cool fall day. Derek and Chad kegged this bad boy up just not long ago and will be ready to tap soon. ETA September 3rd 2024.
Eins, Zwei, G’suffa! We love the fall! This classic style is a favorite this time of year. We only brew a limited amount, and the last two seasons we’ve sold out by mid October. Just a heads up! We also tweaked the recipe just a bit. If everything goes according to plan, we’ll have this on tap September 10th.
This beer came from a brainstorming session the production crew had at Whichcraft Taproom and it came together quickly. The oats provide a bigger, smoother mouth feel and balance out the subtle bitterness. Notes of chocolate also show up. Look for this beer late September.
Collaboration alert! We’re at it again. We got with of friend Cody over at Oracle Brewing and decided to do a different kind of collab. Jamie went to Saginaw and Cody came over to Midland and we brewed two batches of the same recipe. We’re hoping to produce them as close to the same as we can and to release them together as well. The name is yet undetermined but it may end up just being “Helles” which means “pale,” “bright,” or “light”. We will be giving this brew the some extra lagering time as the style demands. ETA Fall 2024
We’ve been working this one for some time now. This is more a category than a single offering. Kevin has been working overtime to come up with quite a few exciting flavors and cocktails. Unfortunately, there’s no real ETA yet. Stay tuned here and Facebook.
