Amaro is our Italian inspired herbal liqueur / apertif made with citrus peel and dried botanicals. Known for it’s bittersweet profile.

Our Bourbon has notes of vanilla & caramel with a touch of pepper on the tip of your tongue. Perfect for a Manhattan. 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley. (Aged a minimum of 3 years)

Our bourbon aged infused with fresh peaches and natural sweetener.

A hint of Juniper with floral and citrus notes shine through. This gin is incredibly smooth making it the perfect transition for vodka drinkers.

Perfect for gin lovers. The barrel aging process makes the flavors in this gin more complex. Our Gin with oaky and a bold citrus compliment. Spice up a gin and tonic or sip it on the rocks.

The natural purple color comes from the addition of butterfly pea flowers and flavored with lavender, elderflower, and other botanicals. Indigo gin has an impressive color changing property.

Our rum with added spices and vanilla, orange and cardamom. It gives it the subtle blend for Ginger Ale or Coke combinations.

5% Malted Barley. (Aged 2-3 years)

A single barrel minimum 2-year aged whiskey made with 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley,

uncut straight from the barrel.

Our Cinnamon Whiskey has a natural cinnamon spice flavor, with chai tea added to make the flavor deep & complex. It has a subtle sweetness making it perfect to shoot or sip on the rocks.

Our Rye Whiskey aged with figs for an extra 6 months. The whiskey dissolves the sugar in the figs giving it a subtle sweetness and a deep fig flavor.

A blend of whiskey and peppermint that will remind you of chocolate mint. Delicious addition to any winter cocktail or on the rocks.

Our Vodka made with local wheat and malted barley.

Wheat vodka’s smoothness is comparable to corn vodka. However, it is less sweet and more neutral. Compared to potato vodka, wheat vodka is cleaner and less earthy.
